Pools at the Anchorage Inn

At the Anchorage Inn, there's always a place to swim. Our heated indoor pools stay open all year, so families come to York Beach in every season, not just summer. When the warm weather arrives, the outdoor pool, waterslide, and splash pad open up for long days by the water. Whether you're warming up after a morning on Long Sands Beach or giving the kids somewhere to burn off energy on a rainy afternoon, it's all just steps from your room.

Our seasonal outdoor pool is the heart of summer at the Anchorage Inn, and it's heated, so the water stays comfortable well past peak summer. Cool off with a swim, send the kids down the waterslide, or let little ones splash in the splash pad and kiddie pool while you relax on the sun deck. An outdoor hot tub sits poolside for soaking after a day on the beach. Open seasonally, mid-May through mid-October.

When the weather turns, our heated indoor pool in the Office Building keeps the swimming going. It's open year-round, with an indoor hot tub alongside it, so there's always somewhere warm to swim. The Poolside Café is right there too for grab and go beverages and snacks any time, with the bar open daily in season. A favorite on cooler days and through the off-season.

Built right into our glass-roofed Atrium building, this heated indoor pool is open all year and available to every guest. Ringed by rooms on both sides and topped with natural light, it's a sheltered, resort-like spot to swim whatever the forecast, and a longtime favorite with families visiting York Beach in the cooler months.

Yes, two. Our Atrium indoor pool and our Office Building indoor pool are both heated and open year-round, so you can swim in any season, including winter.

Yes. All guests have access to the pools, and access is via key card. The Ocean Suites pool is reserved for guests staying in the Ocean Suites.

Very. Little ones can enjoy the splash pad and kiddie pool, and the waterslide is reserved for children. A few things to know before you visit: children who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper, and children may use the hot tubs only under adult supervision.

Yes, there are three. An indoor hot tub in the Office Building, an outdoor hot tub by the main seasonal pool, and a private hot tub at the Ocean Suites pool for suite guests.

Yes. The Poolside Café serves breakfast items, grab-and-go snacks, and afternoon drinks right by the pool.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early arrivals are welcome to enjoy the pools and common areas while we prepare the room.
