Our restaurant, the Sun and Surf, is located directly across the street from the Anchorage Inn on a small outcropping of land right on the beach. The Sun and Surf has a full service dining room, seasonal outdoor patio and takeout window.

Yes, the Sun and Surf has a kids menu and takes pride in being a family friendly environment. Please call 207-363-2961 for any specific questions regarding the kids menu. 

We offer two to go options in season. Our seasonal take-out window offers walk up ordering for your beach favorites including hard and soft-serve ice cream, sundaes, sandwiches, seafood and more. Our restaurant also offers online ordering through www.sunandsurfyork.com. Please note not all menu items pack and travel well, so we don't offer our full menu for online ordering. 

The outdoor deck and patio at the Sun and Surf is open seasonally. The deck area is covered and has sides that drop down as well as heat for when the weather is not cooperating. The two patios on the north and south end have a sunshade over them for partial coverage. The patios and deck are open seasonally and are closed during inclement weather. We do not take reservations for outside seating. 

The Sun and Surf accepts reservations for parties of 8 or more by calling them at 207-363-2961. They also accept reservations on certain holidays. Please note we do not take reservations for outside seating and large parties are sat inside due to space constraints. Please call 207-363-2961 for more information.
